"Babol Noshirvani University of Technology has been included in the QS Asia Region University Rankings for the first time ever"

It is worth mentioning that the QS ranking system is one of the most authentic ranking systems in the world, and the possibility of being in it requires more prominent indicators than other ranking systems. Babol Noshirvani University of Technology entered this ranking system for the first time in 2022 after many correspondences and follow-ups and was ranked 231 in Asia (https://lnkd.in/gR9gKJ77).

It should be mentioned that according to this ranking, 757 universities from Asia are included in this ranking and BNUT is among the top 31 percent with a rank of 231.

Also, due to the presence of the university for the first time in this ranking, Dr Drew MacFarlane, Head of rankings at QS, sent the following message to the Office of Scientific Collaborations and International Affairs:

"With over 30,000 universities in the world, entering a QS ranking is no easy feat and is a sign that a university is providing quality education to its students as well as producing meaningful research for the wider academic community. These institutions typically offer a comprehensive range of subjects to a high standard, and by entering our rankings are demonstrating to students that they are a solid option for a student's academic journey."

It should be noted that this ranking is based on 11 indicators in the form of 4 general areas of Education quality, Research quality, Graduate Employability, and the international outlook. BNUT has been ranked 6, 56 and 173 in the three indices of Citations per Paper, Papers per Faculty and International Research Network respectively.
