Holding a webinar(mini-workshop) by Dr. Pejman Rasti Associate Professor, from ESAIP and Universite d'Angers, on « Segmentation in 2D and 3D Microscopy Image Stacks »

Considering the ongoing effort against COVID-19, the Office of Scientific Collaborations and International Affairs of BNUT, in collaboration with the faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering, decided to hold this seminar using online tools.

A Webinar(mini-workshop) on « Segmentation in 2D and 3D Microscopy Image Stacks » was held by Dr. Pejman Rasti Associate Professor, Universite d'Angers (Department of Big Data and Data Science, Ecole d'ingénieur Informatique et Environnement (ESAIP)), at Angers, France, in Skype on Wednesday, February 9, 2022, 17:30 (IRST) | 15:00 (CET). Also, in this webinar, he shared his achievements in the field with participating professors, students, and researchers. Also, the final part of this meeting was held as a workshop for the practical acquaintance of the participants with the tools and facilities that can be used related to this field.
