آغاز فراخوان طرح تبادل دانشجو میان دانشگاه صنعتی نوشیروانی بابل و دانشگاه UKM مالزی در ترم بهار ۲۰۲۲
در راستای بین المللی سازی دانشگاه و گسترش همکاری‌های بین المللی، چندی پیش تفاهم‌نامه همکاری میان دانشگاه صنعتی نوشیروانی بابل و دانشگاه UKM (https://www.ukm.my/pha/exchange/)، به عنوان یکی از برترین دانشگاه‌های مالزی، به امضا رسید. در همین راستا این دانشگاه طی پیامی ابراز علاقه مندی خود را مبنی بر تبادل متقابل دانشجو در قالب برنامه های مختلف در ترم بهار 2022 بیان نموده است.
گفتنی است از جمله محورهای تفاهم نامه مذکور، که به واسطه جایگاه بین المللی دانشگاه و پیگیری‌های مجموعه بین‌الملل طی جلسات مجازی به نتیجه رسیده است، بهره مندی از امکانات فنی و آزمایشگاهی یکدیگر در زمینه‌های تبادل دانشجو، پژوهشی و علمی، همکاری در پروژه‌های مشترک پژوهشی و برگزاری مشترک همایش‌های تخصصی و کارگاه‌های علمی بوده است. جهت مشاهده فایل کامل تفاهم‌نامه به صفحه تفاهم نامه‌های بین المللی مراجعه نمایید.

[Call for Nomination & Application]: Spring 2022 UKM Semester Exchange Program (March Intake)

We are pleased to announce that nomination and application for 2022 UKM’s Spring Semester Exchange Program are now open for nomination and application and we would like to invite your students to apply!

UKM Semester Exchange Program
1) Nomination Information
The nomination list with your university's stamp should be sent to us via email no later than 10 January 2022. The necessary information can also be found on our website: https://www.ukm.my/pha/exchange/

3) Application Deadline (Spring 2022): now ~ 16th January 2022
Applications must be submitted to UKM via email: exchange@ukm.edu.my no later than 16th January 2022. Applications will only be considered if the student(s) have been nominated.
4) Application Guidelines and Required Documents:
- A copy of the Official Academic Transcript
- A copy of the English Language Certificate (e.g: TOEFL / IELTS), OR Endorsement Letter from the home university on student English competency: TOEFL iBT: 79 OR TOEFL ITP: 550 OR IELTS overall band: 6.0
- Letter of Recommendation from Home University
- A copy of the passport (The passport must be valid for at least 6 months before its expiry date and it is advisable that the validity of the passport should cover your whole exchange period at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia)
- 1 copy of the photo with size 4.5 cm X 5.0 cm (White background)
- CGPA: minimum 3.00 over 4.00

*If your student would like to choose more than 4 courses, please take note that schedule overlaps are possible.*

6) In this regard, please be informed about the following matters:
- Only the applications with all required documents sent by the deadline can be processed. Thus, please fill in the information and send the documents completely.
- The course delivery methods for this exchange program are face-to-face, hybrid, and online (students will be contacted by the faculty later).
- All exchange students will have to arrange the place for Quarantine by themselves. Please see more information in the Quarantine SOP as attached.
- For those who would like to stay at our on-campus accommodation at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (Kolej Ibu Zain), please check out the Accommodation Brochure (as attached) to make a reservation at least 45 days prior to your arrival. The brochure attached is to provide you with detailed information about this on-campus accommodation.
- Gentle reminder: Please note that accommodation at UKM is not guaranteed.
At the moment, Malaysia has imposed travel restrictions on travelers from eight countries in a bid to stop the new Omicron variant from spreading to the country. The countries affected are South Africa, Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Mozambique, Namibia, Zimbabwe, and Malawi.
