آغاز فراخوان طرح تبادل دانشجو میان دانشگاه صنعتی نوشیروانی بابل و دانشگاه ملی مالزی UKM در ترم پاییز ۲۰۲۲

در راستای بین المللی سازی دانشگاه و گسترش همکاری‌های بین المللی، چندی پیش تفاهم‌نامه همکاری‌ میان دانشگاه صنعتی نوشیروانی بابل و دانشگاه UKM (https://www.ukm.my/pha/exchange/)، به عنوان یکی از برترین دانشگاه‌های مالزی، به امضا رسید. در همین راستا و به دنبال فراخوان ترم گذشته، این دانشگاه طی پیامی ابراز علاقه مندی خود را مبنی بر تبادل متقابل دانشجو در قالب برنامه های مختلف در ترم پاییز 2022 بیان نموده است.

از جمله محورهای تفاهم نامه مذکور، که به ‌واسطه‌ جایگاه بین المللی دانشگاه و پیگیری‌های مجموعه بین‌الملل طی جلسات مجازی به نتیجه رسیده، بهره مندی از امکانات فنی و آزمایشگاهی در زمینه‌های تبادل دانشجو، پژوهشی و علمی، همکاری در پروژه‌های مشترک پژوهشی و برگزاری مشترک همایش‌ها و کارگاه‌های تخصصی بوده است.

We are excited to announce that the application for the 2022 UKM Fall Semester Exchange Program is finally open, and we are pleased to invite your students to apply!

Details are as follows: 

Semester: Fall (October intake)

Nomination deadline: 15^th July 2022 (MYT)

Application deadline: 15^th July 2022 (MYT)

1) General Eligibility Requirement

    a.  Registered as a full-time student at home university.

    b. Have completed at least two academic semesters at home university.

    c. CGPA score: minimum 3.0 / 4.0.

    d. TOEFL iBT: 79, TOEFL ITP: 550 or IELTS Band 6

    e. Have good English proficiency in both speaking and writing.

    f. Must agree to abide by the rules and regulations of UKM or placement provider.

    g. Agrees to be responsible for the costs incurred.

2) Nomination

    Deadline: 15^th July 2022 (MYT)

    The nomination form must be emailed to exchange@ukm.edu.my through the home International Office only. Direct application by the student will not be accepted.

3) Application and Submission of Supporting Documents

    Deadline: 15^th July 2022 (MYT) 

    To apply for the program, please submit your students’ applications to exchange@ukm.edu.my.

All submitted documents must be in English (or translated into English).

a.  UKM Inbound Student Application Form:  Application for Non-Graduate  Programme

b.  An official Academic Transcript (with a minimum 3.00 / 4.00 CGPA)

c.  Proof of English proficiency with a minimum score of :

     i.  TOEFL iBT: 79 or above

    ii. TOEFL ITP: 550 or above

   iii. IELTS: 6.0 or above

   iv. another qualification showing sufficient English language proficiency is also accepted

    v. or an endorsement letter from the home university on student English competency

d. A letter of Recommendation from Home University

e. A copy of the passport (The passport must be valid for at least 18 months before its expiry date)

f.  1 copy of the photo with size 4.5 cm X 5.0 cm (White background)

5) Accommodation

    If you wish to stay at our on-campus accommodation (Ibu Zain College), please fill in the Accommodation Application Form and submit it to us at least 45 days prior to your arrival.
